Our story begins with founder Jonathan Crossman, whose passion for craftsmanship began watching his father work from a young age. Drawn to transforming homes, he started to work under the expert guidance of a plumbing and heating engineer from the age of 16 for 8 years, who passed down his skills. In 2020, after moving to East Anglia, Jonathan and his brother began serving landlords and private customers with property maintenance, plumbing, kitchens, and bathrooms. Seeing the need for reliable craftsmen to create beautiful spaces, Jonathan with his 15 years trade experience, expanded our team with the expertise of David Mortimer, whose passion for construction began in his grandfather’s RAF workshop. Learning skills through his grandfather’s bathroom and kitchen fitting business, David later joined his uncle’s building company. With formal qualifications in painting, decorating, and carpentry, plus 16 years of specialised experience in bathroom and kitchen transformations, David brings invaluable expertise, and craftsmanship to our company. Anna Phillips completes our senior leadership team. Her law and Business degree, combined with extensive experience in marketing and recruitment, As Business Operations and Customer Service Lead, Anna supports our well-managed home improvement services, ensuring exceptional service alongside our technical expertise.
