We recently had our kitchen installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was truly five-star. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly attentive to detail. The fitters Mathew and Jonathan took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and delivered beyond our expectations. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, every element has been finished to a very high standard. Communication with Anna throughout the process was clear and consistent, which made everything stress-free. They kept everything tidy and respected our home at all times. It’s rare to find such a reliable and skilled team, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a kitchen installation. Absolutely excellent service!

Extremely happy with the conversion of a tired old bathroom into something which is a joy to use every single day. Lovely people who were happy to accommodate every request we had. Exceptional communication - Anna kept us perfectly-informed at every step of the project.

Crossman Craft Kitchens refitted my kitchen recently. The team was highly skilled and meticulous about the work throughout. Manager Anna was extremely helpful, providing information about the products available and helping with design. I'm very happy with the work and would rebook and recommend Crossman Kitchens for other jobs.

Appreciated a job well done, on time and good channels of communication. The job was to lay flagstone flooring, screeding, building a stud wall, floor to ceiling tiles as well as installation of sink and vanity unit - made more challenging in an old house with no straight walls and floors. Courteous and professional - would recommend.

These guys fitted us in before Christmas 2025 to refit a new bathroom and what a job they did. Workmanship top draw. Service from start to finish was exceptional with a top class after service. We would highly recommend these guys.

We were so pleased with the wet room that we had Jonathan make an en suite shower room for us in a similar style. Once again, it was lovely. The results speak for themselves. Thanks again guys. We have been extremely happy with the instillation of our new wet room. Jonathan and his friendly team (David and James) listened to the many quirky design ideas that I had to create a unique, accessible bathroom and worked to not only achieve them but offered suggestions that improved the project too. Their knowledge and workmanship were excellent. They took their time measuring, cutting and installing all the tiles and fixtures. The result was a perfectly sloping floor and accurately placed tiles. The plumbing was neat and the electrics well thought out and positioned. We have been so pleased with their results that we are preparing to have them work on an en-suite in a couple of months’ time. I would highly recommend them for home improvement work.

Excellent - can’t praise this company enough. Very professional, work completed to a very high standard and even included a few extras like painting the walls for me. Very good communication throughout the work and afterwards. Highly recommended. Thanks to Jo, James and Anna

Very happy with the quote before work started. Turned up to commence the work exactly when was agreed. The work included refreshing the skirting boards, glossing, living room and dining room, and 1 door. refresh walls in both rooms same colour, and change colour completely on one wall (feature). And a refresher on the ceiling both rooms too. So work took 2 days, and just popped back on the 3rd day to give the feature wall another coat, seal in the frame on the door and just double check everything. Very happy with all the work that was done and will be using their services again.

Johnathan done an amazing job decorating my kitchen !!! The walls were in a very bad state & he had to do a lot of preparation before it could be painted. It looks absolutely perfect !!! You wouldn't think looking at it now that it was so bad. The paint work is lovely & smooth. I would definitely recommend Jonathan & look forward to him coming back to decorate my bathroom. Thank you Jonathan !!! 😁
